This is a mediocre Chinese buffet located in a strip mall. On the upside, there is plenty of parking. You pay before you sit down. Everything is self serve. This is no table service of any kind. At first glance there is a seemingly good selection of food. Upon closer inspection it becomes clear that there is not really anything very interesting. Most of the items are edible, but I have seen a lot better at other buffets. The dessert selection is pretty sad, but I guess Chinese are not known for their desserts. Overall, I have been to this place a few times and I never walk away hungry, but it is never a place I really seek out.

Came here last Friday for my mother in law's birthday. It was her pick so we all really had no choice but to go. All she really wanted was the shrimp. Which I thought was just ok. I've been to hood spots and this one was definitely up there. The quality of the food was pretty bad. The selection was limited and not appealing at all. If it wasn't for my MIL I would not have even sat down here. Sticky tables, bathrooms were bad too, it was just bad. From what I've heard was that the food and service use to be good until a new owner took over. Save yourself and go down the strip mall to the hibiach buffet that's across the way from Walmart.

never coming back to this place, food was not good, some food looks old and over cooked. besides at the end of trying a salad that was my only good choice here I saw cockroaches walking on the salad counter!!! if that was in the front I don't want to know how their kitchen looks. I let the manager know and the only thing she said was ok. what a customer service!!!

Do not waste your money. Anything is better than this. Very disappointed. Food greasy and little taste. Place somewhat dirty. They charge you before you eat...probably because too many people would leave without paying.

Cold food, a good cleaning really needed and a husband who has spent the evening in the bathroom means NEVER again!

This is not Chinese food, not even American style Chinese food. It was watery Mexican food. Gross, gross, gross, spare yourself a stomach ache and don't go there.

Let me tell you how terrible this place is. The owner who was also the cashier, was the worst ever. This is the place you never want to come back again. we were told to pay including tip before sit down. I mean nobody pays tips before eating but I still paid the tips even we wanted to pay tips after we finished. However, the owner was really rude and said F words to all of us. Obviously no one would eat here anymore at that moment. I requested a refund. She actually did but she still wanted to steal my tips which I wrote on the receipt because the refund amount was the bill only. I said I need to cross out the tips on the original receipt. She realized that I knew her dirty idea and suddenly behaved out of control and kept saying F words toward us. We left after I finished the receipt. Be careful if you decide to eat here because she can ruin your whole day.

Overall it's about what you'd expect from a strip mall Chinese buffet. There was a decent selection of food, mostly Chinese in origin but with some American stuff thrown in here or there (chicken strips, fries, etc.) for those not all that interested in Asian cuisine who are still dragged there. I am hesitant to say this place is a deal - for dinner, we spent $21 for two of us, and a lot of the food appeared to have been sitting out long enough to have been thoroughly picked over. The place had several signs that warned against wasting food - a reasonable sentiment, but I was somewhat hesitant to leave anything on my plate as a result, even if something ended up being less than appealing. Overall, it was alright. We went at 7pm on a Tuesday, so I may be willing to head back there at a more peak time to see if the food is more appealing.

Well, the coke from the soda fountain was pretty good, and the oranges didn't suck.... but everything else did.

Well, this is my first ever Yelp review, and I had to come on here to encourage you all NOT to try this place. I believe it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The egg rolls and the sweet and sour sauce were both good, but beyond that, nothing was. There were only about 4 Chinese meals on the buffet, and only beef with broccoli had any veggies in it, the rest, like General Tao's Chicken, were very heavily laden with sauce, very soggy, and just generally unappetizing. They had a myriad of other selections on the menu, but most looked like they were simply purchased at Sam's club and fried (french fries), sliced (cake desserts), scooped (pudding), or just set out (cookies). There was no ice in the soda machine, no syrup in the Mr. Pibb, 3 of the 4 ice cream dispensers were out of order, and the entire dining room was a very dirty mess. The people working the buffet would walk back to a window into the kitchen and yell in for what they needed more of, which was very annoying. I urge you all to find somewhere else to eat Chinese.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
